From Our Families to Yours
Michael Saporito graduated in 2006 from the University of Tennessee – Chattanooga. He worked for almost 17 years in the banking field before leaving in 2023 to pursue his dream in real estate. Michael started investing in single family, long term rentals in 2017 before divesting in 2020 to purchase short term rentals in Knoxville and the surrounding markets.
Additionally, Southern Holiday Retreats has a full staff including an operations team encompassing maintenance, cleaning, property management, reservation specialists, guest experience associates, and more. We firmly believe that people make a business, and are thankful to have some of the best on our team!
