Great place to stay while visiting Dollywood as a family. Great communication from the host. Also, there is a nice pizza place at the bottom of the driveway.

The worst experience ever i would not recommend any one stay at this cabin. The first day i noticed a light socket sticking out of the wall also food all over the stove window not to mention the bathroom sink leaking a couple other things but i let host know right away she sent manager and she had nothing but excuses on why it looks that way and i said that its inexcusable so the host didnt like that i told her manager that so i receive a message to leave the property immediately cause i shouldnt talk to her staff that way. Mind you she never asked me my side but anyways i was shocked. I didnt say anything rude to the manager besides the obvious. So i said your kicking us out she said yes. Your not happy here so i think its best to leave. So i am freaking out cause i am 9 hours from home abd trying to find somewhere to go with my family last minute. Nothing in my price range so my daughter took the phone and apologized to the host just so we can stay. And low and behold 2 days later when she found out i talked to the 3rd party (VRBO) the host threaten me with the police to get off her property immediately. So we had to leave a day early.. of course i let vrbo know i wanted to get out of that cabin. When she threatened me the 1st time for complaining about the safety and cleanliness of the cabin. I will never stay there again if someone paid me too. Worse vacation rental.

Easy check in and the host answered questions quickly! Couldnt be happier.

Everything was great!! I would have given it a 5 but we were unable to use the Hot Tub due to the water being brown from well water one night. I did contact the Host and she had the housekeeper come the next day and take care of it. The Host answered very quickly and was most helpful.
