McCormick Retreat

We had another wonderful stay at McCormick Retreat! The location is fantastic—tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Knoxville, but still just an easy Uber ride away. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and a couple of coffee shops within walking distance, which made the location especially convenient. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again. The only thing that was a little unusual was having to walk through one of the bedrooms to access the downstairs area, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. This was our 6th time staying at a rental within this community with The Vacation Company, and every stay has been a wonderful experience. We have been consistently impressed with the properties and the overall experience. When we visit Knoxville, this is the only place we will stay!

Comfortable condo and excellent amenities, easy check-in, convenient to UT campus and downtown Knoxville. Will book again.

This was an excellent rental in a perfect location. The only minor issue was that the listing photos showed a lofted bed above the queen bed, but when we arrived, there was only an additional mattress in an alcove. We ended up moving the mattress upstairs and placing it on the floor so that the three guests who had hoped to share a room could still stay together. Other than that, everything was great.
