SoKno Retreat

We arrived roughly 15 mins before check in and asked to enter early. Communication was quick and the answer was yes. We were grateful. The townhome location was perfect for our visit as our son just moved to South Knox and we were within walking distance to his apartment. The home was very clean, decorated nicely, had all the amenities we needed, plenty of paper products and soaps to simplify our stay, and easy parking out back or in front on the street. Our only negative was the comfort of the king mattress (we only slept in that room) and the comfort of the sofa. Both were very soft, the sofa being difficult to get up from (and we are mobile folks)…we prefer a more firm mattress style.

Great property for a group or family with older kids! Loved that each room had its own bathroom as we were there for a baseball tourney and had set times we needed to get out the door. Watching Smokies fireworks from rooftop, and walking to Sevier Co Burger and Redbud Kitchen were highlights.

The home was clean, parking was excellent, host responsive and location outstanding!

House was exactly as described.

House is clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was walkable to some restaurants, park, breweries. Parking out back was very easy. Great communication with hosts!
